What is the return Policy:

• We ONLY SELL BRAND NEW ITEMS (unless specify in the item pages)!
• It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Return without my approval will not be processed.
• All returns must be made with the SAME items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
  We reject all USED/ OPENED items for return.
• The maximum acceptance date is 14 days upon arrival, with proper authorization; However, returns which exceeds 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Refund through the ORIGIONAL PAYMENT METHOD which buyer is used.
• Shipping & handling charges CANNOT BE REFUNDED in anyway.
• All defective items will be replaced with brand new items. Can't change to any other item, unless the item is no longer available.
• Buyer is responsible for the BOTH return and resending shipping charge for all situations, including factory's fault or damage via postal.
