We are sorry to hear that. According to our experience, there can be two reasons:

1, The customs has delayed the shipping. Sometimes the custom's inspection would be a few days longer. Especially Charistmas and New Year holidays

2, Package has arrived at your post office. But they may delayed the delivery or you were not at home when the mail man delivered the item to you. Tracking information is much slower than the actual pace. If so, check with the local post office with the tracking number we sent you. If you get nothing from the post office, my only suggestion is to wait a few more days.

If you still do not get it in a week, please tell us again. We would do what we can to help you. Your understanding would be much appreciated!
