As a classic amplifiers, according to the feedback informations from home and aboard, it is 100% assembly success, including some primary customers. The board is already the most important major part of a complete power amplifier and it has been adjusted to the best condition before shipment. So if you have the enclosure and transformer, the only task for you is screw and wiring without debugging!

Besides, one customer's most concerned problem is working stability (use immature 2022 product may have such experience as self-excitation, noise, burn IC or horn and so on), as compared to a other class T of 2020/2024/ 2021, the board is stable and reliable!

Basic features:

• 1. Midpoint voltage precision adjustment and DC shifts protection.
• 2. With over-voltage, over-temperature, over-current protection indicator
• 3. Ultra-thin design perfectly compatible within 43-44MM aluminum cases
• 4. One board, OCL BTL two options for eash choose. When connect it to BTL way, it can output 200W power, easily drive big speaker as larger as 10-12 inch.
• 5. amplifier integrated power and protection circuit. With more reasonable components layout and more superior performance, convenient installation, will give you a whole fresh enjoy.

Let us have a close look at it first:

Double-sided PCB design. Special "analog and digital" clothing panel. Closed the chip switch power supply inside and using external regulated power to provide more cleaner power to ICs and circuits. The noise control is very good, no matter big volume or small, no any hum at all.

Default shipment is on stereo connection. If customer need it BTL to mutiple the output power, players can improve themselves as the follows.

Be noted: Discharge the capacitors thoroughly first. Especially the two LEDs in the middle must completely go out. And solder should connect to GND

2022 Stereo to BTL methods:

1. Change the backside C59 from 390P to 470P.

2. Front DIP resistors:

•  Add a 10K resistor in R08
• Change R09 from 22K to 10K
• Get rid of o the R10 10K resistor
• Change R11 from 22K to 5.1K
• Change R12 from 22K to 10R
• Get rid of R13 3.3K
• Get rid of R14 10K
• Input signal from L
• Speaker nagtive connect to "L-O", speaker positive connect to "R-O"

Simply like this. But if you are not sure you can do the job and still want the BTL, please leave a note in the message box to specify you would like the BTL type when you checkout. We would do the work before shipment.

 Note on power connection:

• Main Power and Vice power should input power at the same time. If using different transformer, please connect the primary together.
• Main Power should be 2*(22-26)V current should be over 4A
• Vice Power should be 10-12V, 1A
• The above data is no-load of secondaryt ransformer (vent)  test result.
