DLC10 USB Platform Cable JTAG Programmer for Xilinx FPGA CPLD

This upgraded DLC10 USB platform cable programmer is engineered for high-performance configuration and programming of Xilinx FPGA and CPLD devices. Powered by the CY7C68013A chipset, it supports JTAG, Slave Serial, and SPI download modes with selectable clock frequencies up to 24 MHz.

Featuring integrated signal isolation processing, it protects hardware during operation while automatically adapting to target board I/O voltages ranging from 1.2V to 5V. It offers full compatibility with Xilinx development environments including iMPACT and ChipScope across multiple operating systems.
